Romans 8:26
Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know
not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit
itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be
uttered
Romans 8:27 And he
that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the
Spirit because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the
will of God.
God is interested in our
welfare because He created us for his pleasure. A man without God is a house
built in the middle of an ocean. There is no hope for such a building because a
time will come when the foundation of the house will fall apart.
The wind and the storms
will shake the house. The foundation of the house will lose its strength as
time pass by.
Such a man is like a leaf
with no tree to connect to because the tree's root will supply the
nutrient it needs for survival. When the leaf is taken away from the
tree, it will die.
Likewise, the spirit of
man. God created us in his image and likeness. He knows our end from the
beginning. He knows our purpose, our future, our assignment, our strength, and
our weakness. (See Jeremiah 29:11).
God is the only one who
can give meaning to our lives because our strength is
limited and weak. It was that He sent the Holy Spirit to help us in
our journey of life because the world lies in total darkness and corruption.
The Holy Spirit knows the
mindset of God the Father, He knows how to request God the Father, and He knows
our heart's deep and hidden treasures. He knows our greatest challenges and our
deepest need in life. He knows our past and our future. He knows what we need
in our present day and time. (See Proverbs 5:21, Psalm 139:1-6).
The Holy Spirit is the
only divine person that can communicate perfectly with our spirit
because our spirit understands Him. In his natural form, man cannot
understand God's mindset because; the body only understands the things of this
world.
Our spirit has the
ability and the capacity to connect to the Holy Spirit. When our spirit
connects with the Holy Spirit, they interact in the divine language,
and this language is received through the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
When the Christian prays
in tongues as the Holy Spirit gives the utterance to the spirit of man, He
speaks the language of God perfectly and accurately.
When two or more cats
meows, they communicate, but in the human language, they may sound
unreasonable. When two or more dogs bark, they talk to each other, but in the
human language and understanding, they may seem absurd.
The same principle
applies to the natural mind and the spiritual consciousness. To the natural and
carnal man, it may sound unreasonable. However, to God and his holy angels,
they understand our spiritual language when we pray in with our spirit as
the Holy Spirit gives us utterance. (See Acts 2:4).
When the Holy Spirit
gives the words to our spirit, our spirit prays according to the will of God
because the Holy Spirit knows what is appropriate to the Heavenly Father.
We are constrained when
we pray in human understanding because we may not know what God wants for our
lives and season.
When the devil attacked
Job and all his belongings, He prayed that God should take away his life, but
it was not the will of God.
When Paul the Apostle
prayed that God should remove the thorn that Satan had projected into his
flesh, God denied such prayers. However, He assured Paul that his grace was
sufficient for him.
When Hannah prayed for a
child for many days because Peninah was mocking her, God denied her
prayers because she prayed out of bitterness. Her voice was not heard when the
Spirit of God prayed through her as she prayed in her heart.
Eli, the High priest,
heard her and taught she was drunk, but the Spirit of God moved Hannah to
pray that way. When she prayed as the Spirit of God moved her, the Spirit of
God spoke through Eli, and God answered her prayer. God gave her a
beautiful son called Samuel, who became a great Prophet.
If you have not received
the baptism of the Holy Spirit, then get baptized with the Holy Spirit to
enable you to speak in tongues. Find a faithful and mature believer who prays
in tongues and let them lay their hands on you to enable you to receive the
baptism of the Holy Spirit.
You will pray perfectly
as you pray in the Spirit by praying in tongues. The Holy Spirit builds
you up in wisdom and faith. He changes your weakness and upgrades your strength
for the master’s use. You will see a new transformation in your
Christian life as you pray in tongues.
MASTER
KEY: PRAY IN TONGUES, AND YOU WILL ALWAYS GET FEEDBACK FROM GOD.
