2 Corinthians 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
Anyone who focuses only
on the flesh becomes a great weapon in the hands of the enemy. Most people only
focus on the flesh because the enemy has limited their thought patterns. I
divide every human being into three categories because the Word of God says so
(See 1 Thessalonians 5:23).
Man is a spirit, he has
a soul, and the soul lives in the body because God is a Spirit;
He has a Soul and a Body. He created us in His image and likeness. Animals and
angels were partially created in the image and after the likeness of
God. God made the angels with fire and wind (See Psalm 104:4,
Hebrews 1:7, Exodus 3:2).
For the trees, animals,
and other creatures, God commanded them to appear by His Word (See
Genesis chapter one). Our spirit connects with the Holy Spirit. Our
body connects with physical things on this planet, whiles our soul connects men
emotionally and logically.
Our souls can connect to
animals because they have instincts. The other creation responds to the command
of God through the Word. Our soul mainly comprises our emotions, will, and
intellect. With our soul, we understand love, wickedness, joy, and any emotion we
can think of.
This makes man different
from the angels and the other creatures of God. God became a man and dwelt
among us(See John 1:1-14, 1 Timothy 3:16). God expressed
his feelings to other men when He became a man, which means God has a soul (See
Isaiah 1:14; 42:1).
The devil knows that the
soul of man plays a vital role in the service of the Lord; therefore, he tries
his best to attack the soul of man. The devil projects lustful and suicidal
thoughts into man's mind because he knows that a distracted mind cannot serve
the Lord faithfully.
The devil tries to create
negative ideas about the goodness and justice of God. The devil creates a false
idea in our minds that God is dead. Other times the devil will create a strong
belief in our minds and heart that God is not righteous in His dealings. Other
times the devil will project negative thoughts into the mind of people that
Jesus Christ was an ordinary man.
You will accept the
devil's lies if you are not rooted in the Word. It becomes a
stronghold if these thoughts enter your soul for several years. Other times the
devil will use culture and the wisdom of the world to create a stronghold in
the mind of people.
For example, the devil
can project negative thoughts such as fornication, abortion, lesbianism, gay,
incest, and murder as good things. If your mind is not protected by
the Word, you will accept these thoughts, and when this thought enters deeply
into your mind, it creates a false belief within your logical system.
When this happens, it
becomes difficult to break these abominable thoughts. The devil creates these
thoughts in the soul of man through the media, the internet, friends, schools,
institutions, leaders in various organizations, close relatives, and his secret
agents.
This reasoning challenges
the knowledge and the wisdom of God. The devil uses technology to downgrade the
power of God. I am not against technology, but some technological advancement
brings glory to the devil and challenges the wisdom of God.
For example, the people
who manufacture weapons and bombs. Some people even transplant the female
system into men, automatically making them women. This is a great disease and
an extreme wickedness in the sight of God
Apostle Paul is saying
that the best way to break these strongholds is to cast them down. The question
is, how do we cast down and destroy these bad ideas and false reasoning? The
best way to cast away these thoughts is to apply the Word of God because the
Word is a spiritual hammer that destroys every enemy's stronghold.
The Word is alive and
active if you speak them out with faith. The Word can transform and convert our
minds when we faithfully feed and practice it. Prayer is another dynamite
weapon every believer can use alongside the Word.
MASTER KEY: DECREE THE
WORD WITH ABSOLUTE FAITH, AND ALL THE ENEMY'S STRONGHOLDS WILL BREAK.
