HOW TO ACTIVATE THE BLESSINGS OF GOD 2 ( 5 DIVINE KEYS)

Psalm 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

Psalm 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Psalm 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

This will be the continuation of the first lesson, “How to activate the blessings, the favour and the power of God.” In this article,  I will briefly share some divine keys you can use to activate the blessings of God in your Christian life. In every kingdom, they have rules and regulations they follow. 

For example, before the board of directors can employ you as the manager of their company, you must meet their requirements. Some of their requirement may include school certificates, work experience, leadership skills, human relation skills. It varies in different companies. Failure to meet their demand will disqualify you from getting the job.

The same principles apply in the kingdom of God. Before God blesses you, you must meet some requirements before He pours out His blessings on you. You cannot live anyhow and expect God to bless you. Sometimes out of His grace and mercies, He may bless you, or maybe someone interceded for you. Apart from that, you must meet the requirement of God before He pours out His blessings on you. In this article, I will share with you five secret keys embedded in the Word. These keys will enable you to activate the blessings of God. Remember, the word of God is always accurate. No principle can break the word of God. Always believe in the principles of the Word. Below are the divine keys.

WALK NOT IN THE COUNSEL OF THE WICKED

The Psalmist says we should not walk in the counsel of the wicked. If you want to activate the blessings of God, do not accept the advice of evil men and women because their source of wisdom is questionable in the sight of God.

Their counsels may sound useful to the senses but not in the sight of God. Anytime you feel uncomfortable when someone gives you advice; it is a sign that the Holy Spirit is speaking to you. Use the gift of discernment to judge every advice you receive. AVOID STANDING IN THE WAYS OF SINNERS

The second key to activate the blessings of God is to avoid the judgment of criminals. As a Christian, your mind is connected to the memory of the Holy Spirit (See 2 Corinthians 5:7). Moving around the wicked sinners will limit your flow with the Holy Spirit because their ways oppose the ways of God.

Their words oppose the thoughts of God. Their actions restrict the power of God. The best time to connect with them is when the Holy Spirit directs you. You can also connect with them when you want to preach the Word to them. Following this path will activate the blessings of God.

AVOID SITTING AMID THE SCORNFUL

The third key to activate the blessings of God is creating a barrier between you and the people who make a mockery of God. People who insult, backbite, gossip, and scandalize the church, Christians, and servants of God. Such people will quench the blessings and the anointing of God from your life. These people are virtue destroyers. Whenever you sit among them, they drain all your spiritual blessings from you.

DELIGHT IN THE WORD

The fourth key to activate the blessings of God is to love the Word of God with all your heart. 

• The question is, how do you love the Word of God. 
• The best way to delight yourself in the Word is to love Jesus Christ because Jesus Christ is the Word (See John 1:1-14). 
• The second question, how do you love Jesus Christ. 
• You love Jesus Christ by feeding the lambs and the sheep. 

Preaching and teaching the Word to the world is one of the methods of showing that you love Jesus Christ (See John 21:15-17). Visiting and encouraging baby Christians is one of the ways of God’s love. All the keys I am giving you is biblical, and they are working in my Christian life. Follow the same path, and the doors of blessings will open in your life.

MEDITATION ON GOD’S WORD.

The fifth key to activate the blessings of God is to study and meditate on God’s word. Meditation on God’s Word is one of the most significant secret keys to peace and contentment. When you meditate on God’s word. Your mind transforms divinely. The peace and the joy of the Holy Spirit begin to reign in your heart. 

Whiles the unbelievers are thinking about their daily bread; the Holy Spirit will supply you with the promises of God. This is how the blessings of God flow in the heart.
