The Rewards on the Road to the Celestial City (2)

Loved one in Christ Jesus, I believe you are growing in the strength of the Lord. This is lesson two of my teachings, the rewards on the road to the kingdom of God. Kindly read the previous lesson for a more profound revelation.

The Lord has been fighting for us in the Spiritual realm. All conspiracies have been destroyed because we serve the living God. Jesus Christ is our Protector, Defender, Saviour, and LORD. As far as Jesus Christ is alive, we will continue to make exploits in the kingdom of God. Glory to God!

Let us (Christians) come together as one family and build the kingdom of God. Let us stop fighting ourselves because the enemy wants to cause division and confusion in the body of Christ. Walk and live in wisdom because we are in the last days. Stop praying against the brethren because it is a form of witchcraft and manipulation of the devil.

Encourage the brethren and build them up in the faith because faith is one the greatest spiritual weapon that helps the Christian believer to stand the storms of life. As we wait for the coming of our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ, put on the helmet of hope (Meditate on Ephesians 6:10-18).

Meditate and confess the promises of God recorded in the Holy Scriptures in these last days because it will rekindle your hope and boost your faith. The attacks coming from the kingdom of darkness are hazardous, but with God on our side, we are victorious (Meditate on John 16:33).

The Holy Spirit has been revealing many visions about spiritual warfare and how the devil and his minions have programmed to destroy the system of the church and race of humankind. We (Christian believers) should fast and pray often because the enemy has programmed conflicts within various leadership (governmental leadership, religious leadership, families, and organizational leadership). It is my prayer the Holy Spirit speaks to you in this lesson.

Apostle John writes to the Christian believers,

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.

John 14:1-4 KJV

Jesus Christ made a profound statement to His disciples (includes every Christian) that we should not allow confusion, temporal things, persecutions, oppressions, hardship, and fear to distract us because He is preparing a precious and everlasting kingdom for us (Christians).

Some people have given up in life because of the pains that came their way. Some people have become unbelievers because they could not stand the storms of life. From my research, I learned that many people become serial killers and vagabonds in life because of the abuse they received.

Many people went through sexual abuse, emotional abuse, financial abuse, social abuse, verbal abuse, physical abuse and psychological abuse, yet they did not allow these abuses to destroy their lives. Think of Joyce Meyer, she went through a series of abuse, but she did not give up.

Today, she has become a prominent minister of God. Many outstanding personalities went through a lot of pains, but they did not allow the pains and abuse to destroy their lives. Think of Abraham; God told him to depart from his father’s house because He had grand plans for him. (Recommended articles)

Moses lived in the Egyptian’s palace. God commanded him to depart from Pharaoh’s palace because He had a great plan for him. Joseph went through a lot of pain and abuse. He became a prominent leader in the land of Egypt because he did not give up.

Jesus Christ has promised us in the living Word (Holy Bible) that in His Heavenly Father's house, there are many mansions the angels of God are building for us (Christians). Jesus Christ can never lie. If Jesus Christ has promised us with magnificent mansions, why should you be fearful and sorrowful in life?

Remember, in this kingdom; we shall forever reign with Jesus Christ, the holy angels, and the saints. We cannot compare the earthly mansions with the Heavenly mansions. Think of any beautiful country, organization, and building you know or have seen.

We can compare none of the earthly mansions to this everlasting and glorious Heavenly mansions. That is our inheritance! Child of God, don’t be discouraged when you go through some pains. Encourage yourself with the mansion Jesus Christ and His angels are preparing for you. Have faith in Jesus Christ and His Word (Holy Bible) because He can never lie. Know these truths.

• Parents may lie to you because they are human beings with limitations (Meditate on Numbers 23:19).
• Ministers of God may lie to you because they are human beings with limitations (Meditate on Numbers 23:19).
• Friends and families may lie to you because they are human beings with limitations (Meditate on Numbers 23:19).
• Your wife or husband may lie to you because they are human beings with limitations (Meditate on Numbers 23:19).
• Your boss may lie to you because he is a vessel with limitations (Meditate on Numbers 23:19).

I have good news for you, child of God. Jesus Christ can never lie, and He cannot lie because that is His nature (See Luke 21:33, Numbers 23:19, Titus 1:9). The nature and holiness of God (Jesus Christ) cannot permit Him to lie. Whatever Jesus Christ declares is always true.

Jesus Christ is God Almighty (Meditate on John 1:1-14, 1 Timothy 3:16, Revelation chapter one). God became a man (Jesus Christ) and lived among us. God (Jesus Christ) has promised us (Christians) mansions so, why are you doubtful?

Maybe many people have lied to you to the extent you have no trust in an earthy vessel. I have good news for you. Jesus Christ always speaks the truth. The lineage (generation) of the Jews will never pass away until the prophecies (See Matthew chapter twenty-four) come to pass.

Like God, He promised the Israelites Canaan (the land that flows with milk and honey). The Israelites (Christians) suffered under the Egyptians (Satan and bondage of sin). God sent Moses as a deliverer to the Israelites. In our time, Jesus Christ is our Moses. Jesus Christ has come to set us free from the oppression of the Egyptians (kingdom of darkness).

The land that flows with milk and honey is our spiritual kingdom. On this land (New earth), we shall enjoy and rejoice with Jesus Christ, the saints and angels of God. All the oppression of the Egyptians (wickedness of the unbelievers and demonic spirits) will be no more when we enter Canaan (the country that flows with milk and honey).

In this everlasting kingdom (Spiritual Canaan), there is no darkness (evil). Jesus Christ and His angels will drive away the Hittites (the unbelievers), and the Amorites (demons), and the Perizzites (false prophets), and the Hivites (the devil and his descendants), and the Jebusites (religious unbelievers and modern Pharisees).

Child of God, let this mind be in you, "I have an everlasting treasure." No man or woman can take this glorious treasure from us because it is our birthright. Some spiritual laws govern this majestic mansion.

The more souls (unbelievers) you win into God’s kingdom will determine the size of your mansion. The number of souls you establish in God’s kingdom counts. Your labour of love, offerings, seeds, and tithes will add valuable materials to your mansion (See 1 Corinthians 15:58).

…If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

Matthew 16:24-27 KJV

In summary, our good works will be the materials God and His angels will use to build our eternal mansion. Don’t give up. Join the workforce in the church(evangelism team, prayer team, ushers, Instrumental team, Network team, and other teams).  

Use your resources, energy, talent, and gifts God has invested in you to build the church on earth.  Trust and obey God’s Word and walk in the steps of Jesus Christ. Follow these divine truths, and you will receive your rewards on the appointed day. Glory to God!
