The Rewards on the Road to the Celestial City (14)

 

Loved one in Christ Jesus, I believe you are growing in the strength of the Lord. The love of Christ Jesus is greater than the love any man or woman can give you. Christ Jesus became a sacrificial lamb for us so we can reconcile with the Heavenly Father.

Child of God, don’t mistake the Christian journey for a normal walk. If you walk with the mindset that the Christian journey is flesh and blood, the devil and his minions have deceived you. You must understand that the Christian life is a spiritual journey, and it needs a spiritual approach to be victorious. Know these truths.

 

• The Christian life is like a soldier who enters a battlefield with guns, missiles, and other weapons. The soldier knows that military life is a walk of warfare, so he always prepares himself.
• The Christian journey is like a student going to school; he takes his pen, pencil, and books. The student knows that the teachers might examine him.
• The Christian life is like a farmer going to the farm; he picks his cutlass, axe, and basket. The farmer knows he will use his weapons to cultivate some foodstuffs.
• In the Christian journey, we arm ourselves spiritually with the weapon of fasting, prayers, spiritual songs, and the Word.

The more we fast and pray, our spirit and soul become active and sensitive to the signals of the Holy Spirit and devices of the devil and his minions (demons, witches, wizards, vicious occults groups, Satanists, sorcerers, necromancers, and the rest). If you want to be victorious in the spiritual realm, find some days to fast and pray.

I know what I am writing to you because the Holy Spirit has shown me some secrets in the season of fasting and prayers. If you don’t want to become a prisoner in the enemy’s kingdom, train and grow your spirit. Get my series of books for a more profound revelation on how to train and grow the human spirit and soul.

In this article, I will share with you some of the visions our Saviour, and Lord Jesus Christ revealed to Apostle John.

And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Revelation 3:7-13 KJV

Christ Jesus revealed Himself as holy, and we all know that holiness is the nature of God Almighty. This means Christ Jesus is God Almighty. We serve the Creator of the universe, Hallelujah! Jesus Christ is the One that holds the keys of David.

This means Jesus Christ holds the keys of the Prophet, Priest, and King in the Celestial City. All authority and power are in the hands of Christ Jesus. Child of God, don’t be discouraged in life because the King of Kings and Lord of LORDS lives in us.

We are far above Satan and his minions, every king, and queen in this world because Christ Jesus the King Kings and Lord of LORDS lives in us (See 1 John 4:4). Please read my article, How to Stand the Storms of life 7, for a more profound revelation.

Don’t underrate yourself because of your circumstance. If you have Christ Jesus, you have everything. We have a great heritage no man can take from us. Glory to God!

Jesus is talking to you right now, “I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.”

Christ Jesus has set before us an open door, and no man (leader, queen, king, demon, nobody) can shut this door. If Christ Jesus opens the door of favour, miracles, health, prosperity, holiness, peace, power, wisdom, anointing, grace, faith, and the ministry for us, no man can shut it. Hallelujah!

The enemy may delay you, but he can never close the open-door Jesus Christ has endorsed. Sometimes men can open doors for you and later change their minds by closing the doors. When Christ Jesus opens a door for you, no one on earth can close that door.

If someone tries to close the door Jesus has opened for you, either he becomes an enemy to God or Christ Jesus eliminates him from the land of the living (death). Like He did to Pharaoh (Satan in disguise) and his people (Egyptians). This Egyptian leader (god of this world) wanted to close the door God (Christ Jesus) opened for the Israelites (Children of God).

God killed the firstborn of their children and animals because they tried to close the door God opened for Moses and the Israelites. God knows our spiritual, soulish, and physical strength. He has given us the Holy Spirit as a Helper, Guide, Father, Judge, and Prophet. Christ Jesus knows our faithfulness in His house and how unashamed we stand for His kingdom.

Christ Jesus further states that some people pretend to be Jews. The Jews are the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Israel). Every believer in Christ Jesus is a spiritual Jew. We are partakers of the Abrahamic blessings through the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus. Christ Jesus is declaring that some people are pretending to be Jews (Christians).

He says that He will make them (false Christians) bow before us (true Christians) at the appointed time. Some wolves in sheep clothing are misleading the children of God. Christ Jesus has given them time to repent because of His love, mercies, and grace.

Jesus affirms His love for us by making people serve us in the Kingdom. What a privilege to serve in the kingdom of God? As you serve in the house of God, people will also serve you.

Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Revelation 3:10 KJV

There are times; God allows us to pass through some adventures and storms because He wants to train us for the harvest. Before a soldier enters the battlefield, the military officers’ trains him on how to use weapons and the secrets of warfare.

Without adequate training, the soldier’s life is in danger. Christ Jesus uses His vessels (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers) to train you for the harvest because He knows the journey. You cannot enter the ministry of God because you love the kingdom work; you must pass through some training to enable you to master some skills.

Temptations are part of the Christian journey. No man on earth can escape temptation. Even Christ Jesus faced temptation. The temptation is not evil; it becomes evil when one falls into the traps of temptation.

Christ Jesus has promised us that He will keep us when we enter the season of temptation because we keep His Word (obedience to the holy scriptures), and walk-in His footsteps (obedience to the leadership of the Holy Spirit). Know these truths.

• Some temptations emanate from the devil.
• Some temptations emanate from the minions of the devil.
• Some temptations emanate from the lustful desires of our flesh.
• Some temptations emanate from friends and enemies.
• Some temptations emanate from the corruption of the human soul and spirit.
• Some temptation emanates from the will power of the man
• Some temptation emanates from the media, internet, videos, songs, and books we connect to.

Our responsibility is to discern the type of temptation that comes our way and know the strategy to use to dominate it. Christ Jesus has promised to keep us in the hour of temptation if we align ourselves in His path.

Like Joseph, because he aligned himself with God, God gave him the power to resist the adulterous woman (Potiphar’s wife). Christ Jesus declares.

Christ Jesus is coming soon, so don’t be discouraged. Almost all the prophecies declared in the holy scriptures is taking place. The rapture shall be like the days of Noah. Destruction came on the unrepentant and disobedient people at the time they never expected because they rejected Noah’s voice.

Be ready for Christ Jesus any moment from now child of God, because He can descend to take away His children. Christ Jesus commands us to be vigilant least a deceiver takes our reward. Many false leaders are teaching false doctrines in the body of Christ.

If you don’t feed on the Word (Holy Bible), and build yourself spiritually, these wolves in sheep clothing will deceive you. You can lose your crown if you follow (deceptive doctrines) these blind leaders pretending to leaders in the vineyard of God.

In the Celestial City, Christ Jesus has set great temples for His faithful stewards. He is preparing special names for us in the Celestial City. Every name we carry has a reward attached to it. You are one of the commanders, kings, and leaders in the Celestial City. Stand your ground as a soldier of Christ Jesus, and you will receive your reward in the Celestial City. Glory to God!
