The Position of Wrestling and Resting (Series 3)
If we are talking about
warfare, many think it is all about fighting Satan. Eternity does not have time
for Satan as we do. The kingdom of darkness is not the kingdom of Satan. Satan
is a servant in the kingdom of darkness; the kingdom of darkness has been in
existence before the fall of Lucifer.
Darkness is different
from Satan; Satan is just a fallen angel who fell from light to darkness. There
are four mighty authorities in the kingdom of darkness that is still higher
than Satan.
And they are:
1. Darkness
2. Hell
3. Death
4. Iniquity
Permit me to tell you
that the Satan disturbing the whole world is a messenger to these four
authorities and thrones of darkness. These four personalities are in existence
before Lucifer; darkness has been in existence before the fall of Lucifer.
Death has been in
existence before the fall of Satan. Christ did not come to earth from heaven to
fight Satan; it is an insult for Christ the Word to become flesh because of
Satan. When God wanted to send satan out of heaven, angel Michael led the war,
not Christ.
Lucifer is in equal
ranking with angels, so it is an angel that will be sent to fight him. For you
to know that Satan is too small, compare to what Jesus will leave heaven for
and becoming to fight for us. In the book of Revelation, the Bible says that it
is only one angel that was sent to bound Satan and drag him to the endless pit.
See revelation 20 vs. 1
to 3:
KJV: And I saw an angel
come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain
in his hand.
2 KJV: And he laid hold
on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a
thousand years,
3 KJV: And cast him into
the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should
deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and
after that he must be loosed a little season
Please re-read that Bible
verse; I can't imagine that it was just one angel sent to handle the same Satan
deceiving the whole world. One angel was
sent to arrest the enemy deceiving over seven billion people on earth. I laugh
in Chinese
For you to know that
Jesus cannot be wasting transport money from heaven to earth to come and be
fighting Satan. So, Jesus did not see Satan as part of the enemy he came to
fight. There are higher enemies called
hell, darkness, and iniquity, and death that Jesus came to war against, not
Satan.
Satan is the least in the
picture of Jesus. He became light to fight darkness; He died on the cross to
conquer death for us. He traveled to hell after his death for three days to
fight hell. He also became sin to fight sin.
Mind you, the Bible does
not say he became a sinner. The book of 2 Corinthians 5 vs. 21 says he became
sin. That shows us that sin is a personality. To become a sinner is different
from becoming sin.
21 KJV: For he hath made
him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness
of God in him (See 2 Corinthians 5:21).
That is why Jesus said,
oh death, where is your victory and hade where is your power (See 1 Corinthians
15:55); Jesus is not talking to hade (hell) as the location; He is talking with
them as personality. He did not say, Satan, where is your Victory.
Satan is in trouble in
this series; I will expose him; you will see him like a nylon bag. It is baby
Christians that fight and frightening when Satan roar; he is an empty barren,
full of wisdom, but empty of power; Satan only relies on the power of hell and
death to attack.
God did not create
Lucifer with power; he was an angel in charge of music, so power was not part
of his creature's material. When he fell,
he did not fall with any power from heave; he only fell with wisdom. The
scripture never used power to describe Satan. he is a deceiver; he relies on
hell and death to manifest any power.
That is why just one
angel was sent to bind him in the book of Revelation 20 vs. 1-3. That is, Satan
is not the major focus of Christ; if you can understand his deceptive weapon
and know his device, you have overcome Satan.
So, there are higher enemies
that the mature in Christ are wrestling with; Paul called them the wicked
rulers in the heavenly, He did not say wicked ruler, but he says rulers that are
they are more than one (See Ephesians 6:12).
The gate of hell is there;
Jesus did not say Satan will not prevail over the Church. He did not say the
gate of Satan will not prevail over the Church, but he said the gate of hell (See
Matthew 16:18). That is, the gate of Satan is different from the gate of hell.
Hell is a powerful
personality that Christ has to come from heaven to fight. The heart of man is a
gate to the throne of hell. There are personalities of flesh and blood who have
made themselves the gate of hell.
Where darkness, iniquity,
hell, and death are doing, meeting Satan himself bows because he is the
messenger to those four personalities over this earth. The serpent opens the door
for iniquity to come to earth, then iniquity (sin) opens the door for death to
come, while death opens the door for darkness to come to earth. The main focus
of the earth is not Satan but darkness.
See Genesis 1 vs. 2:
2 KJV: And the earth was
without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And
the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
The main concern of the
kingdom of God is darkness; the end product of Satan's appearances anywhere is
to open the door for darkness to come. Go and study the scripture very well;
hell, darkness, death was mentioned on many occasions both in the old testament
and new testament than the word Satan.
Use Bible search to
confirm this on your phone; hell and death always move together. Satan appeared
in the garden of Eden and open the gate of sin (iniquity) to enter the earth,
and for good 4,000 years, we never see him on the scene again.
His major assignment is
to be opening the gate of this earth for darkness, sin, and death to come upon
the earth. After Satan (the old serpent) used deceptive weapons to open the
gate of the earth for hell and sin, we begin to see the activity of darkness,
sin, and death on earth.
See the book of Genesis 4
vs. 7:
7 KJV: If thou doest
well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at
the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
Some version said sin
knocks at your door. Not Satan knocks at your door; not demon knocked at your
door. But sin knocked at your door, the same sin that was found in Lucifer in
heaven that interrupted the order of heaven has also found himself on earth. Who is sin? Some said Sin is breaking the law,
...I laughed... Activities of it are only revealed by law.
Fornication is not a sin;
fornication is just one of the activities or fruit of sin. Sin is not an action;
sin is not active; by action and activities, you can know his presence, but sin
is an ancient personality that has been existing before the fall of Lucifer.
So, the concern of the
kingdom of God is not Satan at all. Satan is just a messenger. He opens the
gate of the earth for sin to come, and sin opens the gate for death, and death
opens the gate of darkness and darkness covered the earth, and gross darkness
covers the people for good 4,000 years (Isaiah 60 vs. 1-2).
Suddenly the light came
again in the form of Christ and dwelled among man, and after 4,000 years, we
saw the serpent again coming to do Christ what he did in the garden of Eden. He
was sent again by hell and death to Christ, but he failed.
Can you now see why Satan
was not mentioned like darkness, hell, and death in the old testament? The word
hell was mentioned over 31 times in the old testament, the world darkness was
mentioned 142 times in 47 Bible verses in the old testament, and Satan was only
mentioned not up to 5 times, we saw in Genesis as deceiver on earth once, and
we saw him in heaven in the book of Job and the book of Zachariah with Joshua,
the high priest.
His major assignment is
to open the door for sin, darkness, and death to come into the earth. If the
hell was sin, death, and darkness to come into any church or family, they send
the deceiver the old serpent to use deceptive tool to open the door for sin to
enter and once since enters the wages of sin is death, if you are a worker of
iniquity, you will surely be paid the salary of death said by Daddy Enoch
Adeboye in some few days open heaven. So, when Jesus came, his focus is
darkness, hell, sin, and death. See what Jesus said:
18. I am he that liveth,
and was dead; and, behold, I am alive forevermore, Amen; and have the keys of
hell and of death (Rev 1:18).
Look at the concern of
Jesus, hell, and death. Who are these two personalities? Jesus said I have the
keys of hell and death. He did not say I have the key to hell or key to death,
but He said I have the keys of hell; the key of hell is different from key to
hell.
Key in the realm of the
spirit means a mystery, a secret knowledge that becomes knowledge once it is
unveiled. So, knowledge is key in the realm of the spirit. So, when Jesus said
I have the keys of hell and death, what he was saying is that I have the secret
of hell and death.
Jesus can't have the
knowledge of hell, and I will be ignorant of hell; Jesus can't have the key of
death, and I will be ignorant of death. Has it now occurred to you that it is
not in the assignment of Jesus to fight Satan for us?
He came to fight
darkness, hell, sin, and death. It is our assignment to fight Satan, and if you
don't understand this, you will be claiming I am seated with Christ, yet the
devil will be attacking you full time. You sleep, and a sister came to have sex
with you in a dream, and you wake up seeing sperm on your body, and you begin
to claim you are seated with Christ.
For it to come to your
dream alone is an insult to your knowledge of the new creature's reality. For
you to know that there is more to all we know. Jesus said He has the key of
hell, and for years I could not know the mystery of hell. Deep things must be
unfolded.
