How God Judges Cases: Understanding the ways of God in the Courts of Heaven (1)
Loved one in Christ
Jesus, I believe you are growing in the strength of the Lord. In this series, I
will share with you some protocols in God's kingdom. Knowing the systems of
God's kingdom will help you walk in wisdom and understanding.
It is like a banking system;
they work with the International Accounting Standards. When the accountant or
manager breaches the law in the financial institution, an auditor reviews the
accounts integrity and audits the system for any fraudulent activity.
Like an Automated
Teller Machine (ATM), you cannot withdraw money from your VISA card or Debit
Card if you don't have cash in your account. The operators have programmed the
ATM to operate on specific rules.
Failure to understand
the operations of the ATM is to your detriment. That is how God's kingdom
operates. God could destroy sin, but He chose to become a human being and died
for our sins.
He rose on the third
day for our justification. It is a system in God’s kingdom. God has exalted His
Word above His name. Failure to understand the principles and mysteries of
God’s kingdom and His Word makes you a loser in the spiritual and earthly realm.
This is one reason I
want to share with you some ways God works with humankind. Knowing these truths
will help you walk with the Heavenly Father, His Son (Christ Jesus) and the Holy
Spirit successfully.
1.
The heart of humankind is one of God’s Systems.
…for the LORD searcheth
all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou
seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee
off for ever.
1
Chronicles 28:9 KJV
Shall not God search
this out? for he knoweth the secrets of the heart.
Psalm
44:21 KJV
I the LORD search the
heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and
according to the fruit of his doings.
Jeremiah
17:10 KJV
…I am he which
searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according
to your works.
Revelation
2:23 KJV
…man looketh on the
outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.
1 Samuel 16:7 KJV
We can see from the Holy
Scriptures that God searches our heart. Humankind only looks at the outward appearance
to judge others, but God searches our heart. People cannot receive God's
blessings and anointing because their heart is not right with Him.
If you want to connect
with God (Holy Spirit), analyze the motives of your heart. You can fast and
pray for specific things and receive nothing from God if your heart is not
right with Him. Have you realized why God blesses and ignores some people in life?
It is because of their
heart (motives). If you want to touch the heart of God, approach Him with the
right heart (motive). You can pretend before men and women, but you can never
act in God's sight.
God is more concerned
with our heart desires than our good works. Some people have served the church and
organizations for many years, yet they have nothing to show off in their
service. Is God wicked to ignore His children? Never! God checks, analyze,
discern and investigate the secrets of our hearts before He pours His
blessings.
Never think you can
deceive or joke with God and His creation. If you want to attract God’s
blessings, power, wisdom, anointing and mantle, approach Him with a sincere
heart because your heart is the focal point.
You can dress like an
angel and pray all kinds of prayer; if your heart and faith are not right with God,
you cannot receive from Him. God is the master discerner of thoughts. Our
hearts (motives, desires, will, perceptions, needs, wants, and emotions) are
open in His sight.
God allows us to pass
through some test because deep within our soul, there are some secret motives.
The Holy Spirit has revealed the motives and secrets of my heart several times to
me in dreams and visions.
Most often, I pray to
God to transform my heart. You can play tricks with men and women and win them.
In God’s sight, He sees the end from the beginning. Before you open your mouth
in prayers, God captures your heart desires.
It is like security men monitoring the workers in a Closed Circuit Television. That is how God watches our heart. If you want the Holy Spirit to invest His anointing in your life, work on your heart. Know these truths.
- Some people visit shrines and perform strange rituals to gain power, fame and money because their heart is not right with God.
- God has called many people, but few are chosen because of the heart.
- Some people give up on God’s ministry during hardship because their hearts are not right with Him.
- Some people cannot receive divine power because their heart is not right with God.
- Some people started the ministry well but ended up in the satanic kingdom because their heart was not right with God.
- Some people have given up on God and the church because their heart is not right with God.
Child of God, divine
blessings do not come easily. It takes time and preparation. Before God could
bless Abraham, He tested him.
And it came to pass
after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and
he said, Behold, here I am.
And he said, Take now
thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah;
and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will
tell thee of.
And Abraham rose up
early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with
him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up,
and went unto the place of which God had told him.
Then on the third day
Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off.
And Abraham said unto
his young men, Abide ye here with the ass; and I and the lad will go yonder and
worship, and come again to you.
And Abraham took the
wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire
in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together.
And Isaac spake unto
Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he
said, Behold the _re and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?
And Abraham said, My
son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of
them together.
And they came to the
place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the
wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the
wood.
And Abraham stretched
forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.
And
the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham,
Abraham: and he said, Here am I.
And
he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him:
for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son,
thine only son from me.
And Abraham lifted up
his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his
horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering
in the stead of his son.
And Abraham called the
name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the
LORD it shall be seen.
And the angel of the
LORD called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time,
And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the
LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son,
thine only son:
That in blessing I will
bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the
heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess
the gate of his enemies;
And in thy seed shall
all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.
Genesis
22:1-18 KJV
God spoke through the
angel that He has now understood the motives of Abraham’s heart and because
Abraham passed the test, he received divine blessings. God is omniscient. He
knows everything, but He has decided to let us pass through some experiences to
prove to Him our sincerity and faithfulness.
And Abraham journeyed
from thence toward the south country, and dwelled between Kadesh and Shur, and
sojourned in Gerar.
And Abraham said of
Sarah his wife, She is my sister: and Abimelech king of Gerar sent, and took
Sarah.
But God came to
Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, thou art but a dead man,
for the woman which thou hast taken; for she is a man's wife.
But Abimelech had not
come near her: and he said, LORD, wilt thou slay also a righteous nation?
Said he not unto me,
She is my sister? and she, even she herself said, He is my brother: in the
integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this.
And God said unto him
in a dream, Yea, I know that thou didst this in the integrity of thy heart; for
I also withheld thee from sinning against me: therefore su_ered I thee not to
touch her.
Now therefore restore
the man his wife; for he is a prophet, and he shall pray for thee, and thou
shalt live: and if thou restore her not, know thou that thou shalt surely die,
thou, and all that are thine.
Therefore Abimelech
rose early in the morning, and called all his servants, and told all these
things in their ears: and the men were sore afraid.
Then Abimelech called
Abraham, and said unto him, What hast thou done unto us? And what have I
offended thee, that thou hast brought on me and on my kingdom a great sin? thou
hast done deeds unto me that ought not to be done.
And Abimelech said unto
Abraham, What sawest thou, that thou hast done this thing?
And Abraham said,
Because I thought, Surely the fear of God is not in this place; and they will
slay me for my wife's sake.
And yet indeed she is
my sister; she is the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother;
and she became my wife.
And it came to pass,
when God caused me to wander from my father's house, that I said unto her, This
is thy kindness which thou shalt shew unto me; at every place whither we shall
come, say of me, He is my brother.
And Abimelech took
sheep, and oxen, and menservants, and womenservants, and gave them unto
Abraham, and restored him Sarah his wife.
And Abimelech said,
Behold, my land is before thee: dwell where it pleaseth thee.
And unto Sarah he said,
Behold, I have given thy brother a thousand pieces of silver: behold, he is to
thee a covering of the eyes, unto all that are with thee, and with all other:
thus she was reproved.
So Abraham prayed unto
God: and God healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maidservants; and they
bare children.
For the LORD had fast
closed up all the wombs of the house of Abimelech, because of Sarah Abraham's
wife.
Genesis
20:1-18 KJV
This is a lesson of
Abraham, his wife and the family of Abimelech. Abraham partially lied to
Abimelech that Sarah is his sister, but she was her wife in reality. Abraham
lied to Abimelech because he knew the Philistines had no reverence for God.
Abraham did that to
save his life. Abimelech, king of the philistine at that time, took Sarah
because he wanted to marry her. One night, the LORD appeared to Abimelech in a
dream and cautioned him not to touch Sarah because she was Abraham’s wife.
In verse five and six,
we see the word “integrity of heart.”
It was the innocence of Abraham’s and Abimelech heart that prolonged the
judgment of God. Sometimes God ignores some judgments in our lives because of
our integrity (uprightness of our heart).
Integrity deals with
the workings of our heart (motives, desires, emotions and willpower). Abraham
did not receive judgment from God for lying to Abimelech because his heart was
right with God.
Have you now understood
why some unbelievers live longer and swim in prosperity than some Christian
believers? It is because of their heart condition. God is ultimately concerned
with our heart.
The Holy Spirit is
watching your heart. David, upon all his evil deeds, God blessed him because of
his precious heart. Sometimes people can misjudge us because they don’t know
the conditions of our heart.
This is one reason you
must be slow to speak about a matter you have little or no information about. Have
you realized why some people burn the Holy Bible, insult Christ Jesus and
oppose the church, yet God keeps silent?
It is because they are
ignorant of their actions. God understands their heart. He knows that they are
ignorant of their actions, so He pardons them for some seasons.
…when they were come to
the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the
malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.
Then said Jesus,
Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his
raiment, and cast lots.
Luke
23:33-34 KJV
Christ Jesus knew the
unbelievers were ignorant of their actions, so He prayed for their mercies.
Some people may fight you and receive God's mercies because they are ignorant
of their actions. Others may oppose you and face God’s wrath because they know
and understand the Word of God.
Apostle Paul received
mercies from God because he was ignorant of his actions.
…I thank Christ Jesus
our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into
the ministry;
Who was before a
blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I
did it ignorantly in unbelief.
1
Timothy 1:12-13 KJV
Child of God,
understanding the ways of God will save you from a heart attack, wiles of the
devil, and fruitless labour. One reason God allowed some of your enemies to
prosper is that they are ignorant of their actions.
It is a system of God’s
kingdom. Those who know the Word of God and intentionally oppose you will
receive the judgment of God. In the courts of heaven, God will analyze your heart and your enemy’s heart.
He will check whether
your enemies know and understand the Word (Holy Scriptures). If your enemies
know the Word of God, they will face His wrath. If their heart condemns them of
their actions and they refuse to repent, they will face the wrath of God.
If they are ignorant of
their actions, they will receive mercy or receive little punishment. Work on
your heart, and God will pour His blessings into your good works.
