The Mysteries of Death and Life (How to disengage with death and engage with life)

 

Death is inevitable in the race of humankind. Every man born of a woman will die on the appointed day. Great scientists, writers, researchers, inventors, ministers of the gospel, kings, queens, and leaders once walked on earth.

Today, we cannot find them. These people have returned to the dust of the earth. According to the Holy Scriptures, the man that lived longer on this earth is Methuselah. He lived nine hundred and sixty-nine years before living this world. (See Genesis 5:27).

No man born of a woman is immune to death as long as the body is concerned. Even God Almighty died when He walked on earth as a man (Jesus the Christ). God Almighty rose on the third day to show the world that He has power over death (Meditate on John 1:1-14).

A man is pronounced dead on earth when he is unable to make a movement or breath. Most often, medical doctors check the heartbeat of the man. If the man's pulse is irresponsive, the medical doctor declares and certifies the man's death.

The Word of God makes us understand that when the silver cord of the human soul, spirit, and body permanently breaks, man dies and departs from the earth realm. (Meditate on Ecclesiastes 12:1-7 and get my book, What Happens after Death for more profound revelation).

We shall depart from this world and permanently live with God Almighty (Christ Jesus), the holy angels, and precious saints on the appointed day. The fact that every man born of a woman will die does not mean every death is God’s will.

Dying before your time is demonic because God wants us to fulfil our purpose before departing to His permanent home (Heaven). It is in the plans of God that we live in peace and prosperity (See Psalms 91:16).

God has promised us long life, but this promise works with divine principles. It is because of this reason I want to share with you some mysteries of death and life briefly. Knowing these truths will help you live longer on this earth and fulfil the plans of God for your life.

The spirit of death existed before man came into existence. Death is an enemy of the Holy Spirit. He will attack you when you break his principles and God’s principles. Death works with the spirit of the graveyard, fear, and sin.

Reading these materials will broaden your understanding of the spirit of death. God has delivered me several times from the spirit of death because of His grace and wisdom. The Holy Spirit has revealed several visions to me about the spirit of death and his operations, so read this article with the consciousness of the Holy Spirit.

In this article, I will share some reasons why people die prematurely and provide you with some divine principles you can use to enable God to prolong your life in this world. The most important thing you must search out is the Holy Scriptures because that is the foundation of the truth.

 

• SOME REASONS WHY PEOPLE DIE PREMATURELY

1. Consistency practice of evil leads to death.

And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Genesis 2:16-17 KJV

After creating humankind, God commanded man to eat from every tree, except for the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. God declared that death awaits any man that eats from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

This means death was living in the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Note that there were two trees in the garden.

• The tree of the knowledge of good (The Holy Spirit created this tree).
• The tree of the knowledge of evil (Sin created this tree).

You can read my series of articles for more profound revelation on the spirit of sin. If you study the book of Genesis carefully (See Genesis 3:22), the LORD God said, the man has become like one of us (Trinity) knowing good and evil.

This means man attained another level of God’s image and likeness when he ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Note that the Holy Scriptures never stated that God (the Trinity) had evil in Him.

God (the Trinity) knew good and evil. The evil was not living in God (the Trinity). You can know something without possessing it. For example, a mother knows the conditions and pain of pregnancy because she has passed through that experience.

A young lady may know pregnancy because she has read it, or a mother has explained it to her. In this case, the mother, who is a symbol of the man (Adam and Eve), has the experience of sin. The mother (character of the man) knows pregnancy (sin) because she has the knowledge and the experience but God (symbol of the young lady) knows sin, but she has not experienced it.

Even if God (the Trinity) tries to experience sin, the third personality of God (the Holy Spirit) will not permit the Heavenly Father and Son (Christ Jesus) to experience sin. The Holiness of the Holy Spirit will oppose sin with all His might within the Godhead.

Sin can surround God, but it cannot dominate God. You can read my series of articles for more profound revelation on the spirit of sin. Man became like the Trinity, knowing good and evil when he ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

This made the man vulnerable to evil because he has now understood evil. As I wrote, God knows evil, but evil cannot dominate Him. Humankind couldn't control the seed (influence) of sin in their life when they ate from the tree of good and evil. When Adam and Eve ate from that tree of the knowledge of good and evil, the spirit of death dominated them. Sin became part of their nature.

Sin made Adam and Eve independent of God. When Adam and Eve ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they became conscious of another spirit called Sin (an enemy of the Holy Spirit).

Adam and Eve did not know sin existed until the serpent deceived them (Eve) into eating from the tree of good and evil. Sin brought unhappiness, distress, curses, sorrow, death, and pain to the race of humankind.

When a man feeds on evil things and practices them, the seed of death grows in the person. The greater the seed of evil resting in the heart of the man, the stronger death becomes in the man's life.

This is why hardened criminals such as serial killers, arm robbers, and people who kill for fun have no sympathy. The seed of sin has delivered them from the realm of the Holy Spirit and normal humans.

They think like wild animals and demons. One reason people die prematurely in this generation is that the invention of evil has increased. In the time of Adam and Eve, they could live for over nine hundred years because evil was not rampant.

The greater the seed of evil, the stronger death becomes in one’s life. Have you observed that people who take evil drugs such as cigarette, cocaine, alcohol, and nicotine attracts deadly diseases that lead to death? The spirit of death dominates people who feeds on evil things.

 

2. Continuos disobedience to God’s Word.

…the wages of sin is death…

Romans 6:23 KJV

Apostle Paul wrote to the church in Rome that the reward for sin is death. Biblically, anything that opposes God's Word (Holy Scriptures) is sin. Although it is not all sin that leads to death, you must understand that the ultimate penalty of sin is death.

Like a monthly worker, he receives salary and wages daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. The employer pays the employee according to his work and value. That is how sin pays every man. Sin has nothing to reward you except death.

People die before their time because of sin, iniquities, transgressions, and trespasses. When a man continues to rebel against God's Word, he opens the portal for death to attack him. The strength of death is sin; therefore, depart from it.

Death can never dominate a man until it finds the seed of sin in the heart and life of the person. Invisible sins such as unforgiveness, bitterness, pride, ungodly anger, fear open the portal for the spirit of death to attack. • HOW TO MAKE GOD PROLONG YOUR LIFE ON EARTH.

1. Reverence God with all your heart.

The fear of the LORD prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.

Proverbs 10:27 KJV

Fearing God means loving what He loves and hating what He hates. If you fear God, you will honour Him and His vessels with all your heart. The fear of God is to hate evil because God hates sin (Meditate on Proverbs 8:13).

As the Holy Scriptures declares, the fear of God makes one live a long life, so if you want God to increase your life span on earth, yield yourself as a living sacrifice unto Him. Pursue holiness and sanctify yourself for the master’s use.

Pursue the kingdom's righteousness because righteousness is in levels. Aside from Christ Jesus' righteousness, you must also have your seal of righteousness. Your seal of righteousness distinguishes you from other Christian believers.

2. Hate sin with a passion.

…he that hateth covetousness shall prolong his days.

Proverbs 28:16 KJV

One reason people die prematurely is because of greediness. Some people use corrupt and fraudulent systems to become prosperous in life. Most countries and organizations have no systems that check and prevent corruption, so the wicked politicians and leaders use unjust ways to become wealthy.

The Holy Scriptures declare that you hate evil businesses and associations if you want to live a long life. Some people don't mind destroying and killing for wealth. Discontentment is one of the invisible weapons of the enemy.

Many people are in their graves because of the love of money. Money is not evil, but the love of money makes people pursue evil things (See 1 Timothy 6:10). If you want to live a long life, be content with what you have, and work effectively to increase your status. Using violence to acquire wealth can shorten your life. As the Holy Scriptures declare, hating covetousness will prolong your life.

 

3. Obedience to God’s Word and godly instructions.

My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:

For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.

Proverbs 3:1-2 KJV

Anyone that hates godly instructions and the Word of God becomes vulnerable to the spirit of death (Meditate on Proverbs 14:12). It takes wisdom to prolong life, and the best and indestructible wisdom rests in the Holy Scriptures.

Obedience to God’s Word (Holy Scriptures) protects your soul from destruction. God’s Word has the power to break the deception of death and traps of evil spirits. When you feed on the Word (Holy Scriptures) and practice them, holy angels shelter you under the umbrella of God (Meditate on Psalm 34:7).

Do you want God to prolong your life on this earth? Then let the Word of God guide you in the journey of life. Be conscious of God’s promises recorded in the Word.

• Confess holy scriptures that talk about long life.
• Decree Holy Scriptures that talks about long life.
• Feed on holy scriptures that talk about long life.
• Profess on holy scriptures that talk about long life.
• Have faith in Holy Scriptures that talk about life.

This is one of the ways to keep the commandment of God (Holy Scriptures). Practising these wisdom keys will make God prolong your life on earth. Meditate on these Holy Scriptures for more profound revelations.

The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.

Psalms 118:16-17 KJV

 

4. Keep your tongue from evil.

What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?

Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

Psalms 34:12-14 KJV

Life and death rest on the human tongue (Meditate on Proverbs 18:21). You can press God to prolong your life with your tongue or die prematurely with your tongue (negative confessions). As the Holy Scriptures declare, if you desire life, keep your tongue from evil.

Refrain from speaking lies, gossiping, and slandering others with your tongue. If you want your days on earth to be many, the Holy Scriptures state that; avoid foolish words such as insults and cursing innocent people.

Some people enjoy mocking, slandering, falsely accusing others, and gossiping. If you want to live longer on this planet, refrain from this bad attitude. If you don’t want calamity and curses to follow you and your lineage, don’t destroy others with your tongue because words have the power to kill and bring life. Know these truths.

• Some people are in mental hospitals and clinics because they couldn't keep their tongues from evil.
• Some people are in the mortuary because they couldn't keep their tongues from evil.
• Some people are living with incurable and strange diseases because they couldn't keep their tongues from evil.
• Some people are living in constant pain because they couldn't keep their tongues from evil.
• Some people are living with curses because they couldn’t keep their tongues from evil.

As the Holy Scriptures declare, if you desire life, keep your tongue from evil, create a peaceful atmosphere, depart from evil activities, and pursue holiness. If you want to experience the blessings of God with good health and long life, keep your tongue from speaking lies.

 

5. Ask the Lord in prayers for long life.

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall _nd; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh _ndeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Matthew 7:7-8 KJV

It is the will of God that His children live a long life and be in good health (Meditate on Jeremiah 29:10-11). God is always ready to hear our prayer requests and heart desires because He is a giver.

Praying for long life is another way of making God prolongs your life. Until you ask the Lord for long life, you limit God’s help in your life. What is limiting you from asking the Lord for long life?

The king shall joy in thy strength, O LORD; and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!

Thou hast given him his heart's desire, and hast not withholden the request of his lips. Selah.

For thou preventest him with the blessings of goodness: thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head.

He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him, even length of days for ever and ever.

Psalms 21:1-4 KJV

 

6. Serve the Lord with all your heart.

And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfill.

Exodus 23:25-26 KJV

Becoming a labourer in the house of God activates God’s hand upon your life. God promised the Israelites (symbol of Christian believers) that when they serve Him, He will bless all their possession and take sickness away from them.

Anyone that serves in God’s house (the church) activates the blessings God pronounced on the Israelites.

• Do you want God to take sickness from you and your family?
• Do you want God to bless your handwork?
• Do you want God to preserve your family from calamity?
• Do you want God to increase your days on this earth?
• Do you want God to protect you until you complete the assignment He designed for you?

If yes to any of these questions, serve the Lord with all your heart, resources, and body.

 

7. Love Jesus the Christ and your neighbours with all your heart.

Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, for ever.

Deuteronomy 4:40 KJV

God has promised long life and peace to anyone that keeps His commandment. In the new covenant, loving Christ Jesus and your neighbour completes the commandment of God. Combining the ceremonial laws, divine laws, and judicial laws recorded in the Holy Scriptures, it sums up to Christ Jesus (Meditate on Matthew 22:35-40, Romans 13:9). Know these truths.

• If you love Christ Jesus, you will not disobey the commandment of God.
• If you love Christ Jesus, you will not do anything to hurt your neighbour.
• If you love Christ Jesus, you will do the work of an evangelist.
• If you love Christ Jesus, you will be concern about the church.

Child of God, loving Jesus Christ prolongs your life on earth. The blessings (long life) follow you and your lineage when you keep walking in the footsteps of Christ Jesus as God promised long life to anyone that keeps the commandments.
