Dealing With the Five (5) Uncommon Strongholds Limiting Your Destiny

 

In my previous article, I enumerated the five invisible barriers holding your destiny. Check out that article for more profound revelations if you have not read it. In this article, I will share five invisible barriers holding your destiny. As stated in the book of second Corinthians, chapter ten, verses three to five, we must cast down every imagination and stronghold that limits our destiny and fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

 

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 KJV

Have you realized that Christ Jesus faced extreme opposition from the religious people? The Pharisees, Sadducees, Sanhedrin, and Scribes opposed Christ Jesus because He positioned himself as God Almighty (Yahweh).

Secondly, the religious people feared that Christ Jesus would dominate their group. Resistance is part of life. Becoming successful is not easy because people will oppose you spiritually, emotionally, verbally, socially, and physically.

If you become successful without opposition, your success is questionable. As far as we live among godly and ungodly people, we will face opposition, criticism, and rejection. Have you realized that seeds in the soil face opposition?

Maybe you are not aware of the opposition. When you plant a seed in fertile soil, it dies (humility stage). After some time, the seed comes out from the soil. As soon as the seed germinates, weeds begin to grow around the seed.

Failure to deal with the weeds around the growing seed can destroy or limit the seed. A time will come when animals will start destroying the seed. Failure to deal with the harmful animals can destroy or limit the growth of the seed.

In the same way, we must deal with the seed destroyers in our lives. Below are the top five weeds and harmful animals limiting your life seed (destiny). Knowing these truths will help you eliminate the seed destroyers in your life. You will advance faster when you eliminate the seed destroyers.

 

1. Erroneous information received from your religious leaders.

Do you know some “religious leaders” can limit your life with wrong messages? Most religious leaders train people to become good leaders and responsible people in society. The real spiritual leader teaches people godly morals and leads them to Christ Jesus. However, there are some “religious leaders” who teach destructive messages. Christ Jesus cautioned us about these “leaders.”

 

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matthew 7:15 KJV

We have false religious leaders (apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, and evangelists) in the church leading innocent souls astray. We have false people pretending to be Christian believers leading innocent souls astray.

Their teachings lead to destruction, depression, and demonic manipulation. Some of these false religious leaders use strange powers to control their members. Some of them mislead their followers with their corrupt attitudes and character.

I hope you know this demonic religious leader (Jim Jones). He led his members (innocent people) to a strange land and poisoned them to death. Today, several false religious leaders use fraudulent systems and scams to lure people online and offline.

Some religious leaders fornicate with the women and men and sacrifice human beings and sort of animals to grow their church. If you are not Spirit-filled and wise, these wolves in sheep's clothing can destroy your destiny.

I have had several visions and encounters about some of these wolves in sheep's clothing. They are full of hypocrisy and dead men's bones. Some religious leaders, too, are genuine because the Holy Spirit has revealed them to me in visions and dreams. Christ Jesus made a profound statement about these false religious leaders.

 

…woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

Matthew 23:13 KJV

These religious leaders shut the kingdom of heaven against the people in their circle. That is, their teachings prohibit people not entering God’s kingdom. Secondly, these religious leaders know they will not make it to heaven, so they limit others from making it to paradise.

One thing you must know about these false religious people is that they are destiny killers and master manipulators. These wolves in sheep's clothing can hijack your destiny with strange powers if you are not watchful and prayerful.

Their false teachings can enslave you. They have the Jezebel and Ahab spirits (witchcraft, total dominion, and wickedness). Christ Jesus stated that we could know these people by their fruits.

 

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Matthew 7:15-20 KJV

There are genuine religious leaders and Christian believers leading people on the right path. However, also note that false religious leaders and wolves in sheep's clothing destroy people’s destiny.

Will you sit under the feet of a wrong spiritual leader and perish, or will you sit under a genuine religious leader and progress? One thing you must know about religious leaders is that their words can program your mind to think in a certain way.

If the spiritual leader influencing you is called and chosen by Christ Jesus, he will teach you the truth and impart blessings and genuine wisdom to advance in life. If the spiritual leader influencing you is not led by the Holy Spirit, you will remain in darkness (analyze your dream).

Your destiny is in trouble if the religious leader teaches you false doctrines. Your destiny is in danger if the spiritual leader impacts evil blessings and false information. Pray before choosing a spiritual leader or mentor and apply wisdom when fellowshipping in a “church.”

Be convicted in the Spirit (have an inner witness) that you are with the right leader because false leaders produce false followers (members). If you remain in the wrong group, your destiny will take a long time to manifest. Your destiny can stand still if you sit under a false leader and mentor.

 

2. Erroneous information received from the media.

The internet has done a great job of making communication and business more accessible and faster. On the other side, the internet has become a stumbling block for many people. I recommend watching these documentaries, TechnoCalyps, Social Dilemma, and iHuman).

I will recommend more documentaries in some of my upcoming articles. If you don’t apply wisdom to some of the information you receive on the media, you will destroy yourself. Information from some television stations, youtube channels, websites, blogs, movies, radio and words within music has a greater impact (negatively or positively) on your destiny.

Consuming information from the internet without confirming its authenticity is dangerous. Some media channels spread false news, so apply wisdom. I remember stating in one of my articles that Elon Musk bought Twitter.

Later, I heard and read that the deal had been cancelled. I remember investing in an online telecommunication company called Miracle Tele. Someone introduced me to that company. He convinced me I would receive awesome tokens (dividends) if I invested in the company.

After investing in this telecommunication company (Miracle Tele), I started receiving tokens online. Their currency was British Euros which means it was exceedingly higher than the currency in my country (Ghana).

I invested more funds into the company because more funds equal higher returns. Within some years, I think it was some months; the investment telecommunication company (Miracle Tele) was nowhere to be found on the internet.

I realized that the company and its website have shut down. Several people use false images (pictures of others) and videos to mislead others online. There are some online companies I have invested in and later realized that they are false.

I made the mistake of not researching to verify their authenticity. Today, people can use your face and voice to share a message online. This is one reason; you must apply wisdom to some of the online information.

If you don’t want your destiny to stand still, apply wisdom with the information you receive online and offline. Check the credibility of the person and group (website or blog) giving you the information.

The fact that knowledge empowers you to progress in life does not mean every piece of information is trustworthy. Don’t become a slave by listening to false information on the internet because your destiny rest on the information received.

Some people appear online to share false information because they have been paid to mislead. Some people share false information because they have seen that people love such messages. Some people share incorrect information on the internet because it goes viral.

Several artificial intelligence machines (robots) supply information online, so be watchful. With the introduction of social media applications and software, some people's destiny is turning “black.” It is said that false information spreads faster than genuine information.

People love to share negative information because false news is more receptive to the natural man. Apply wisdom with the information you receive on social media, televisions, radios, blogs, books, and online because not every piece of information is genuine. Genuine information can upgrade your destiny. False information can downgrade your destiny. Apply wisdom.

 

3. Erroneous information created by yourself.

Some people cannot advance in life because they have created a false impression about themselves. These people speak negative words about their lives. These people have an inferiority complex and cannot break out of their mediocre state because of their low self-esteem.

Some people have programmed their minds in a certain way so they cannot advance in life. Bath a pig, and it will make itself dirty when it sees a polluted environment. Some people see themselves as nobodies (useless), so they accept anything that comes their way.

If you are in this category, your destiny will take a long time to receive light because you are the enemy. The enemy is within. The enemy (low self-esteem, poverty mindset, inferiority complex, laziness, negative confessions) within has not been dealt with, so your destiny cannot receive illumination.

It is time to break out from the poverty mindset, inferiority complex, laziness, and negative confession because your destiny cannot manifest if these enemies are not addressed. Maybe everybody is suffering from these enemies in your family, culture and circle.

Don’t remain in that dark atmosphere; come out from them. Declare that you can make it. Say to yourself; I am not poor or inferior because Christ Jesus became poor that I might be rich (meditate on 2 Corinthians 8:9).

Don’t create a bad impression about yourself because God created you in His image and likeness (see Genesis 1:26-27). Don’t accept the negative words people have placed on you because they can destroy your destiny (see 1 Timothy 4:12, 1 Corinthians 16:10-11, Matthew 18:10).

Don’t accept laziness and inferiority complex disease in the bloodline because you are a chosen generation and a royal priest. You are king in God’s kingdom (see 1 Peter 2:9). God expects you to shine like the light (the sun) because you are the light of this world (see Matthew 5:13-16, Jeremiah 29:11).

Don’t accept low self-esteem because you are the salt of this world. You are relevant in this world. You may not have a university degree but are full of untapped potential. The Creator of the universe lives in you, so don’t undermine yourself (see 1 John 4:4).

Consistently decree on the promises of God on your life and destiny. You can do everything through Christ who strengthens you (Philippians 4:13). With God, all things are possible (see Matthew 19:26, Mark 9:23).

Stop cursing yourself with the negative confession and start declaring the blessings of God recorded in the Holy Scriptures upon your life. When you get bad dreams, reject them and speak God’s blessings upon your life.

Have a positive mindset that you will make it and take responsibility because your destiny rests on your confession and actions. When people reject you, say to yourself, God has not forsaken me (see Hebrews 13:5). Even if your family leaves you, have faith in the promises of God that the Holy Spirit is with you (see Psalms 27:10).

 

4. The unbroken ungodly soul tie.

Do you know the person you associate with creates soul ties? Soul tie means your soul (emotions, desires, and willpower) becomes one with the person you connect yourself with. In other words, your soul and the soul of the person you befriend becomes one.

If the person has a corrupt soul, it can impact you negatively. If the person has a godly soul, it can affect you positively. For example, suppose an individual is full of hatred, jealousy, and wickedness, and you associate with such a person.

In that case, you are likely to become jealous and wicked. You will be full of hatred because you have joined your soul with that person’s soul. I call that bond an ungodly soul tie. Like two pieces of leather, it joins (soul tie) when you apply glue.

Like magnets of different poles, it attracts (soul tie) when they come together. If the person you are connecting with is full of divine love, faith, joy, peace, and temperance, you will likely possess these godly virtues.

In other words, you will likely become joyful, lovable, peaceful, faithful and temperate if you befriend people with those godly virtues. Have you realized that people who love to fellowship with the Holy Spirit have fruits of the Spirit recorded in Galatians chapter five, verses twenty-two to twenty-three? Solomon knew the key to soul ties, so he wrote that we should not connect with angry people because we will become like them.

 

Make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man thou shalt not go:

Lest thou learn his ways, and get a snare to thy soul.

Proverbs 22:24-25 KJV

I hope you get the key concept. When you connect with people that have wicked souls, it can trap your soul and destiny. Choose friends and marriage partners wisely because they can impact your destiny. Apostle Paul knew the power of soul ties, so he wrote to the church.

 

Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.

What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

1 Corinthians 6:15-17 KJV

When you are born again, your spirit and the Holy Spirit become one. This is a godly soul tie. When you have sexual intercourse with someone, you become one with the person. As stated in the Holy Scriptures.

 

Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

 Genesis 2:24 KJV

As stated in the Oracles of truth, your soul and the soul of the person you have sex with becomes one (see 1 Corinthians 6:15-17). If you study married couples who have lived for several years, you will realize that they begin to look alike and think on the same line because of the bond created.

If the person you have sex with carries demons and negative energies, it can destroy or tamper with your destiny. Do not fornicate because it can limit your destiny. • Do you know the spirits following the person you are walking with?
• Do you fornicate?
• Are you into adultery?
• Do you have sex with animals?
• Are you a lesbian?
• Are you homosexual (gay)?
• Do you sleep with your family members? (incest)
• Are you a bisexual?
• Do you masturbate? (Sexual intercourse with unseen forces)
• Do you engage in sex toys?

One thing you must know about evil spirits is that they can hide in human beings, buildings, trees, animals, and objects such as sex toys (meditate on Matthew 8:28-32). Anytime you become one with possessed people and materials, your destiny enters deep darkness. Break out from every ungodly soul tie if you want your God-given assignment (destiny) to shine.

 

5. Unbroken spiritual strongholds.

Dreams, visions, and trance give evidence to the spiritual realm. The spiritual realm is as real as the physical realm. The stars, moons, sun, trees, and other tangible things we see in this world came from the spiritual world (meditate on Genesis 1 and Hebrews 11:3).

 

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Ephesians 6:10-12 KJV

As the Holy Bible states that there is a spiritual battle. You cannot ignore spiritual warfare if you want to fulfil destiny. In some families, demonic altars are raised against glorious destinies (blessings).

Failure to deal with these evil altars can limit your destiny. In some workplaces, institutions, neighborhoods, evil territorial principalities and a spiritual stronghold of wickedness hinder people’s destiny (meditate on Ephesians 6:10-18). If you don’t deal with these wicked spiritual forces, witchcraft, marine spirits, vicious occult groups, and evil agents, they can tamper with your destiny. Think through.

• Do you occasionally see yourself in dark places in your dream?
• Do you see some strange beings fighting you in your dream?
• Do you see yourself in dreams in your formal school, workplace and neighborhood?
• Do you see strange people and spiritual forces fighting you in dreams?
• Do you see strange animals attacking you in dreams?
• Do you often see yourself in the graveyard in dreams?
• Do you often see dead relatives, friends and people in dreams?

If yes to any of these questions, embark on fasting and prayers to silence the evil spiritual forces and agents tampering with your destiny and bloodline. Seek deliverance from called and chosen ministries of God. Take responsibility, and the evil spiritual forces limiting your destiny will flee. Let this mindset dominate you; no power can subdue the power of Christ Jesus.
