want to break out from the chains limiting your glory, power, freedom, and
blessings. As humans, we pass through pain, depression, and injustice. I cannot
deny this truth.
I have been tormented by
people and invisible forces several times. A time came I wanted to commit
suicide. However, I have triumphed. By God’s grace, the Holy Spirit helps me. You
can overcome abuse, narcissism, spiritual attacks, and emotional imbalance (depression).
One reason people commit
suicide is depression. Many people live in psychiatric hospitals
because of abuse. Some people, too, are in their early graves because toxic
(wicked, evil spirits, and mentally imbalanced) manipulated them.
It would be best if you
didn’t end up in your early grave or psychiatric hospital. This is one reason I
am writing this article to help you escape the prison of abuse, spiritual attacks,
and depression.
I don’t want toxic people
and demons to manipulate you. We live in an imperfect world. It doesn’t matter
your innocence; people will cross your path. Some people will intentionally
step on your toes.
Some, too, out of an accident,
will step on your toes. It would help if you had the wisdom to deal with negative
people, evil spirits, and hostile environments. Abuse can occur in your home,
workplace, school, social gathering, and “church.”
This is one reason you
need the wisdom to deal with abuse. As humans, we are limited in the flesh. Some
challenges demand the help of God. On the other side, we must apply knowledge. As
stated, some people commit suicide when challenges come their way.
It will be an abomination
if statistics have your name in the suicide and schizophrenia book. Do you know
that thousands of people die daily because of abuse? It would be best to have the
wisdom to break specific barriers in life.

wicked spirits, and narcissists. For more profound revelation on how to deal
with evil spirits, freely download and read my book on my blog, Dominating the Dark Kingdom.
Narcissists are people
who derive pleasure in abusing God’s creation. In other words, they enjoy the
pain of people, animals, and anything with their breath. They are like sadists.
However, there is a difference.
You can read my book, the forty types of people and how to live with them, for more profound revelations. I have lived
with sadists, narcissists, and hostile people. From my experience, it takes a
strong heart, prayer, and wisdom to live and deal with them. Below are the
seven master keys to dealing with abuse, narcissists, evil spirits, and emotional
imbalance. Kindly share the link to this article so others can receive freedom.
Seven Practical Ways to Deal with Emotional Imbalance, Abuse, and Narcissists
1. Receive inspiration from the Word
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Psalm 119:105 KJV
I receive inspiration
from the Word (the
Holy Bible). No matter the situation, I allow the Word to rule my soul.
One powerful key about the Word of God is that it can transform our souls and
empower our spirits. As stated in the book of Hebrews chapter four, verses
twelve.
…the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any
twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and
of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents
of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12 KJV
If you suffer from abuse,
read the Word of God. Rest on the promises of God because the Word carries
power. It can break every spiritual force limiting you. The Word of God can
break every evil word and spirit tormenting your spirit and soul (meditate on
Jeremiah 23:29).
When the Word enters your
soul, it gives power. Declare the promises of God over your life. Say to
yourself; the Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want (see Psalm 23). The Lord
will not forsake me even if my loved ones reject me (see Psalms 27:10, Hebrews
13:5).
Say to yourself; the Lord will provide all my needs. He will not deliver me to the will of my enemies (see Psalms 41:2). The Lord will cover me under his feathers. There are thousands of promises in the Word of God. Search them and declare them over your life. You will receive inner healing and the power to triumph over abuse, emotional imbalance, and narcissism. Connect with teachings for more profound revelation about the Word.
2. Receive inspiration from the Holy Spirit
…I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another
Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
John 14:16 KJV
The Holy Spirit is our
comforter. He can help us in our weakest moments. I have had several encounters
with the Holy Spirit by God's grace. From my experience, the Holy Spirit is
real! I have had several dreams of seeing the Holy Spirit visiting in the form
of a white dove.
When I saw the dove, I
felt courage, power, and orderliness in my spirit and soul. It is time to
fellowship with the Holy Spirit. One of the best ways to fellowship and relate
with the Holy Spirit is through biblical and anointed songs. Praise and worship
God in your chambers. The more you sing praises and worship God from your
heart, you open your heart for the Holy Spirit to build and empower you.
Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what
we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for
us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the
Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will
of God.
Romans 8:26-27 KJV
The Holy Spirit knows our
limitations. He is ready to help us. Why don’t you depend on the Holy Spirit?
He is a Person with a presence. The Holy Spirit can help you overcome abuse,
emotional imbalance, evil spirits, and narcissists. Freely download and read my series of books
on my blog for more profound revelations.
3. Learn to be logical
One thing I have realized
about most women is that they turn out to be more emotional. Being emotional is
not evil. However, if you are too emotional, you open the door for abusers to
torment you.
Learn to be practical. I
mean, learn to think through the situation. Ask yourself, is the situation logical
to emotionalize? Emotions are temporal. If you always emotionalize everything,
you will become vulnerable. Learn to think about the situation. You will be
surprised that thinking through the case will deliver you from abuse and
emotional imbalance (meditate on Hosea 4:6).
4. Read self-help books
A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth
strength.
Proverbs 24:5 KJV
Knowledge can make you
strong emotionally, spiritually, socially, and physically. Reading can enhance
your self-worth. “If you value yourself,” no lousy word can torment you.
However, if you are ignorant, you will feel inferior.
If you feel inferior,
anybody can abuse you. As stated in the Holy Bible, a wise man (including
women) is strong. A woman of knowledge increases strength. This means weak
people are ignorant.
One thing I have realized
about abusers is that they feed on ignorant people. If you want to triumph over
abusers, be a lover of books. Reading increases your knowledge and personality.
I love reading because it builds me.
Read books to build your
brain muscles. Connect with self-help books. I mean books that can build you
emotionally and spiritually. After reading books, the inferiority complex will
break. You will not become a slave to abusers. Connect with my book, 777 Uncommon Benefits of Reading, for more profound revelations.
5. Release your pain through prayers
Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is
willing, but the flesh is weak.
Matthew 26:41 KJV
Prayers do a lot in our
lives. Christ Jesus knew the power of prayers. He prayed in the season of pain.
Christ Jesus knew he couldn’t stand the pain of the crucifixion with his
physical and emotional strength, so he prayed to the Heavenly Father for help.
To break demonic afflictions
and abuse, build a consistent prayer life. Praying from your heart delivers you
from hostile spirits and environments. Demons torment prayerless and weak
people. The more you pray, you release the angels of God to fight the invisible
battles.
Stay alert so you don’t
fall into the traps of abusers. Pray in your chambers. The evil spirits using
people to afflict you will depart when you pray using the Word of God. When I
am going through afflictions, I pray more in the Spirit.
Pray in tongues to build
your spiritual muscles (meditate on 1 Corinthians 14:4). Afflictions will cease
when you pray more in the Spirit and with understanding. Meditate on this Holy Scripture for more inspiration.
Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing
psalms.
James 5:13 KJV
6. Seek help from godly Pastors, experts, true friends, and professionals
Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of
counsellors there is safety.
Proverbs 11:14 KJV
Seeking help from trusted
people can change your bad story. God has given people the wisdom to counsel.
Some people, too, have studied. They are experts. Humble yourself and book an
appointment with your pastor, clinical psychologist, and godly professionals.
Their counsel, prayers,
and advice can deliver you. Sharing your pain with family and friends (people
who love you from their hearts) can build you emotionally. Their lovely words
will stabilize you.
7. Encourage yourself
And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him,
because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for
his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.
1 Samuel 30:6 KJV
King David and his army
returned from war. However, the Amalekites had invaded their city and taken their
wives and children as captives (enslaved people). King David's army was so
distressed that they wanted to stone David to death.
David had lost his wives
and children. He has lost his family and the army’s family. However, David
encouraged himself in the Lord. David had no one to encourage him. He had to
encourage himself.
When David received
strength from the Lord, he pursued the Amalekites with his army. He recovered
his family and the army’s family. There will come a time you have to encourage
yourself because your loved ones may not be available.
As far as you are human,
you have limitations (meditate on Romans 8:26). You cannot solely depend on
others because they also have problems. It would help if you learned to
encourage yourself.
Speak to yourself. It is
well with me. Encourage yourself with the promises of God recorded in the Holy
Bible. The more you encourage yourself, you build your mental and emotional strength.
Like David, he encouraged himself in the Lord.
Adversity will not break
you if you are strong inwardly. Evil spirits will not dominate you if you are
strong spiritually. Abusers will escape your path if you follow the wisdom keys
enshrined in this article. Kindly share the link to this article so others can
