Deeper Lamp About Warfare (Walking and Living in Victory) - 7
The reality of life
I have realized that “everybody”
is concerned about their growth and happiness. Only a few people care about you.
People will treat you like a rag if you allow them. In the same way, if you
allow people to treat you like a prince, they will do it.
People will treat you the
way you perceive and present yourself. As the Holy Bible states in First Samuel
chapter sixteen verse seven, man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks
at our heart. People don’t care about you unless you reveal your true self.
People will address you
by how you dress, talk, and act. Some people, too, pretend to earn the respect
of others. That’s an inferiority complex. Freely download and read my book on
my blog, How to Break the spirit of Inferiority Complex, for a more
profound revelation.
If you don’t value
yourself, people will not value you. This is one reason you must know who you
are in Christ Jesus. The devil and his minions will bombard you with fear,
depression, doubt, and rejection if you don’t put up a fight (the battle of the
mind).
I encourage you to read
the first article. I have written in detail on mental warfare. It would be of great help if you read the entire
article. Reading the previous articles will broaden your understanding of warfare.
If you see yourself as
nobody, “everybody” will see and treat you as nobody. If you see yourself as
somebody, “everybody” will see you as somebody. However, you must understand
that some people don’t care.
Even if you value
yourself in Christ Jesus, they will see you as nobody. Most often, people treat
you the way they see themselves. If a vessel has no self-value, that vessel will
treat you as nobody because that is how he sees himself.
However, people who walk
in knowledge, wisdom, and understanding understand the value of humankind and
creation. Wise vessels know the power of relationships. God created us in his
image and after his likeness.
However, some people have
decided to imitate the devil. We need the mind of Christ Jesus to walk in power
and authority because the devil abuses ignorant people. If you know who you are
in Christ Jesus and follow the principles of the Holy Bible, the devil will
become a piece of paper.
You will walk over the
devil like a ball of cotton wool if you understand the systems of spiritual
warfare. I know some Christians who don’t know their value in Christ Jesus.
Because of ignorance, the enemy bombards them with evil arrows.
One truth about the devil
and his minions is that they don’t understand peace. Their language is war,
hostility, and destruction. Why do you think Archangel Michael and his angels
fought the devil and his cohorts? It’s because the devil and his minions submit
to violence and higher power.
The devil will not bow
without a fight! We must know the systems of spiritual warfare because the
devil is an unfair and unmerciful fighter! With the little mistake, the devil
hits with its heaviest blow!
I know what I am writing.
I have encountered the devil and demons several times by God's grace. One
identifying mark of the devil is fear. From my experience, the devil’s greatest
weapon is fear.
Without fear, the devil
cannot attack! I don’t want the enemy to dominate you with his limited power. I
know some Christians who have died before their time because they didn’t know
the enemy's systems. I encourage you to download and read my series of books on spiritual warfare. The books are free on my blog and
youtube channel.
The secret place
In Psalms chapter
ninety-one, we see a profound revelation about spiritual warfare. Let’s dissect
these Holy Scriptures.
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under
the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God;
in him will I trust.
Psalms 91:1-2 KJV
The Psalmist reveals that there is a secret place that we can hide.
Meditating on this Holy Scripture, we understand that the secret place is the
arena of deliverance. We receive deliverance when we become one with the word
(see John 8:32).
When we accept the Word (Christ Jesus) and become one with the Holy
Spirit, the Heavenly Father hides us under His umbrella (the shadows of the Trinity).
When we repent from sin and accept Christ Jesus as the Savior and Lord of our
lives, we receive protection from specific attacks of the enemy.
The shadow of the Almighty God is a place the enemy cannot enter. On
this holy mountain, there are great lights that darkness cannot enter. This
mountain has mysterious caves that evil spirits and unholy vessels cannot
access. Under the shadows of the Almighty, deliverance is guaranteed. In verse
three of Psalms ninety-one, the mystery continues.
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and
from the noisome pestilence.
Psalms 91:3 KJV
Do you know that the enemy has set traps to destroy us (meditate on
Matthew 26:41, John 10:10, 1 Corinthians 16:13). The devil wants to kill us at
all costs! However, if we dwell in Christ Jesus, the Holy Spirit will deliver us
from the snares and wickedness of the evil forces and demon-possessed vessels.
The Psalmist continues.
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou
trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the
arrow that flieth by day;
Psalms 91:4-5 KJV
In verse five, the Psalmist makes us understand that there are terrors
of the night and arrows that fly in the day. Some people are unable to sleep
because of the constant nightmares and witchcraft invasion. That’s the terror
of the night.
I have received several emails, phone calls, and prayer requests from
people complaining of spiritual and physical attacks. Some people confess to
seeing strange animals and mysterious creatures pursuing them in their dreams.
Some also confess to seeing dark images in their rooms at night. These
are the terrors of the night. Sometimes, you will hear the cries of cats, dogs,
and birds late at night. The enemy does that to project arrows of rejection,
hatred, pain, sickness, death, failure, and confusion to destroy families,
organizations, and institutions.
Desire not the night, when people are cut off in their place.
Job 36:20 KJV
We must counter the works of the enemy! Utilize the midnight hour! We
must not allow the night terrors and demonic arrows that fly in the day to hit
us and those connected to us. We must guard ourselves. We must stay vigilant so
that the curses and projections of the wicked will not dominate us. In verse
six, the Psalmist continues.
Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the
destruction that wasteth at noonday.
Psalms 91:6 KJV
Have you realized that people die in ghastly motor accidents during the
day? We see the atrocities and wickedness of evil people in broad day.
Sometimes, you will see thieves snatching money and important assets from
people.
We see armed robbers breaking into financial institutions to steal
money and important documents. Some countries and communities experience
earthquakes, heavy floods, wildfires, tornadoes, and severe storms. The enemy
can program disasters! Failure to counter these evil works can hinder our
progress! In verses seven and eight of Psalms ninety-one, the Psalmist
continues.
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but
it shall not come nigh thee.
Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the
wicked.
Psalms 91:7-8 KJV
When we abide in Christ Jesus, the angels of God will deliver us from
the plagues of the wicked. I remember a brethren sharing a testimony of how God
delivered him from premature death in a Church.
This Christian escaped from a motor accident! However, how it happened
was a miracle! According to the brother, he said that he stood with a motorcyclist
on a roadside having a discussion.
However, he felt that he should leave the place. As soon he left the
place, within a few seconds, a moving bus crashed the motorcyclist with his
motor. The man died on the spot! As he stood a few distance watching the scene,
he said to himself, that he would have died with that motorcyclist if he had
not left that place. God delivered him. That’s the mercy of God!
When we abide in Christ Jesus, the angels of God will protect us from the
arrows and snares of the wicked! The Lord will allow us to see the punishment
of the wicked when we walk with the Holy Spirit. The Psalmist continues.
Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even
the most High, thy habitation;
There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy
dwelling.
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy
ways.
They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot
against a stone.
Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon
shalt thou trample under feet.
Psalms 91:9-13 KJV
The word of God promises that no evil shall befall us when we make the
Lord (Christ Jesus) our habitation. No plague will come near our dwelling if we
put our faith in Christ Jesus. While people experience demonic oppression, depression,
and suppression, we will be experiencing the love and joy of the Holy Spirit.
We will triumph over spiritual dragons that desire to harm us. The
curses and expectations of the wicked one will not prevail if we dwell in
Christ Jesus and follow His principles. The question is, are you abiding in
Christ Jesus?
Are you following the principles of the Holy Bible? I encourage you to
download my series of books on spiritual warfare. The books are free on my blog and
youtube channel. Also, read the previous article related to this article for a more profound revelation.
The enemy desires our faith.
And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have
you, that he may sift you as wheat:
But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art
converted, strengthen thy brethren.
Luke
22:31-32 KJV
One thing you must know
about the devil is that he has desires. The devil wants to destroy our faith. The
vision and mission of the devil is to steal, kill, and destroy (meditate on
John 10:10). Satan knows that without faith, we cannot destroy his works. Without
faith, we cannot activate the power of the Holy Spirit.
…without
faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God
must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that
diligently seek him.
Hebrews
11:6 KJV
We need faith to walk
with the Holy Spirit. As we all know, faith comes by hearing more of God’s word
(see Romans 10:17). The enemy wants to take the word of God out of our lives
because it takes the word (seed) to walk and live in the consciousness of the
Holy Spirit.
With the word of God
abiding in our hearts, the enemy's arrows cannot destroy us. This is one reason
we must stay in the faith (the Holy Bible). When you give up on Christ Jesus,
what happens is that the Holy Bible, the Holy Spirit, the Church, and
Christians become irrelevant.
When these uncommon
pearls and virtues become irrelevant, the enemy starts controlling your
affairs. This is one reason we must not give up. Giving up means we have
surrendered to the enemy. Giving up in the faith means we have authorized the
devil and his minions to lead us.
When we give up on the faith, we make the Holy Spirit powerless and sad (meditate on Matthew 13:58, Ephesians 4:30). I encourage you to download and read my books for a more profound revelation.
- What to Do When Faith is Failing
- How to Unlock the Gates of Faith
- Help Me, Holy Spirit
- Touch Me, Holy Spirit
- Kill Me, Holy Spirit
The books are free on my
blog and youtube channel. Faith is our shield, and we need this shield on the
battleground (see Ephesians 6:16). Giving up will empower the enemy and his
minions to dominate the battle. Pray that the Holy Spirit will strengthen your
faith because you cannot walk and live in victory without the seed of faith.
Faith guarantees our
victory. Faith is our greatest weapon on the battlefield! (meditate on Luke 22:
31-32). Faith is an unstoppable weapon that infiltrates the enemy’s camp. The
weapon of faith can fatally destroy the enemy and make him irrecoverable.
To walk and live in
victory, we must understand that there are dark seasons. The enemy projects evil
dreams and arrows to make us lose faith in God. However, the Holy Spirit allows
us to pass through certain storms to build our spiritual muscles. In the stormy
(dark) seasons, we build our spiritual muscles. Knowing the dark seasons prepares
us for the battle. It makes us undefeatable Christian soldiers on the day of
battle.
The six seasons you must know as a Christian soldier.
The season of persecution
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you,
and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in
heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
Matthew 5:11-12 KJV
One truth you must know
as a Christian soldier is that people will mistreat you. Some people will treat
you like a non-entity because you identify with Christ Jesus. They will abuse
you emotionally, socially, spiritually, technologically, financially, and
physically because of your faith in Christ Jesus.
It’s part of the cross.
Some people will slander you out of envy, malice, and wickedness. They will
gossip about you and lie against you because of the badge you carry as a
Christian soldier. Your light (star) will make the unbelievers jealous and
carnal Christians uncomfortable.
However, you must be
strong in the Lord. You must rejoice and be glad in the dark season because you
have a great reward in heaven. I encourage you to download and read my book, The Adventures of the Road to the Celestial City, for a more profound
revelation. The book is free on my blog. Meditate on this Holy Scripture for more
wisdom keys.
Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer
persecution.
2 Timothy 3:12 KJV
The season of depression
Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in
labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in
deaths oft.
Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one.
Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered
shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep;
In
journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in
perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in
perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the
sea, in perils among false brethren;
In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst,
in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.
2 Corinthians 11:23-27 KJV
A time will come when we
will go through depression. This is not a curse. It is part of the training. Apostle
Paul declared that he suffered in his Christian life. Day and night, people
abused him. Sometimes, thieves attack him. Apostle Paul confessed that he went
through pain, depression, and fear.
Sometimes, you will feel like
giving up in the dark season. If you don’t take care, the worries of this world
can make you make bad decisions. Recently, a gifted and young, talented gospel
artist committed suicide because of “depression.”
He revealed some reasons
why he had to commit suicide. Committing suicide is evil. No Christian should think of
committing suicide in the dark seasons. Suicide can lead you to the lake of
fire.
Stand your ground in
times of hopelessness, pain, sickness, and darkness because it’s part of the
spiritual training. A soldier goes through a series of training because of battles.
We must go through training because we are spiritual soldiers.
Keep reading. I will give
you some keys on what to do in the season of darkness. You can also download
and read my series on wisdom and the Holy Spirit for
more wisdom keys. The books are free on my blog and youtube channel.
The season of hunger
In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst,
in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.
2 Corinthians 11:27 KJV
A time will come when you
have to starve. That’s the season of fasting. You may have money. However, you must
fast and pray. Sometimes, money will be unavailable. You may struggle to
supply your basic needs.
Your bills will start
piling up. The landlord will threaten to evict you if you don’t pay your water,
house, light, and other bills. Your family may go through hunger, shame, and
pain. Those in darkness will start questioning your faith in the season of
darkness. However, do not give up. It’s a training season. You are in the
training camp!
The season of rejection
and hatred
And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and
shall hate one another.
Matthew 24:10 KJV
Christ Jesus declared
that some people would betray the Church and the brethren in the last days.
Because of the constant affliction, pain, persecution, and abundant evil, rejection,
hatred, and betrayal will increase.
Some people will even
forsake Christianity and abandon their faith in the dark season. Some will join
demonic groups in the last days. Be watchful and prayerful in this season
because the enemy has targeted you. As a Christian soldier, you must know
prophecies in the Holy Bible. Study the Holy Scriptures to avoid deception.
If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated
you.
If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye
are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the
world hateth you.
John 15:18-19 KJV
Whatever Christ Jesus
declared will come to pass. Because of Christ Jesus, we (Christian believers)
will face rejection, hatred, jealousy, and hostility. The people we trust most
will start fighting us. Some will reject us for no reason because Christ Jesus
declared it.
For I am come to set a man at variance against his
father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against
her mother in law.
Matthew 10:35 KJV
Are you ready to stand
the rejection, persecution, hatred, and pain of the world as a Christian
soldier? I encourage you to download and read my book, The Adventures on the Road to the Celestial City, for a more profound
revelation. The book is free on my blog.
The season of separation
He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and
he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy
of me.
He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for
my sake shall find it.
Matthew 10:37-39 KJV
A time will come when we
have to separate from family and friends. It’s a decision we must make as
Christian soldiers. It’s part of the warfare (training). We must be ready to
separate from family and friends in the dark season because they cannot stand
the battle.
Friends and family may
show love. However, our duty as Christian soldiers is to say no to worldly,
emotional (temporal) love. We must stand our ground and relocate because of the
divine assignment.
Our family and friends
can block our victory if we allow them on the battleground. As soldiers of
Christ Jesus, we must stand our ground and exclude ourselves from people who
cannot go to the battleground! Are you ready to make a bold decision?
The season of endurance
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud,
blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent,
fierce, despisers of those that are good,
Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of
God;
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such
turn away.
2
Timothy 3:1-5 KJV
This is a decreed
prophecy. In the last days, we shall experience the works of blasphemers,
unholy vessels, false accusers, jealous people, boasters, and evil people.
People will despise us in the Church, at home, in school, and in the workplace
in the last days.
On the internet, we will
meet fake people acting like Christians. It is at this season that we must be
on guard. There are many wolves in sheep's clothing. We cannot mingle equally
with false spiritual soldiers because they will forsake us.
These false soldiers will
abandon us when the battle becomes tough. Some act like pastors, prophets,
Apostles, evangelists, and teachers of the Word. Know the genuine and false
ones. Be ready to meet and live with the people enshrined in the book of Second
Timothy, chapter three, verses one to five, as a Christian soldier.
Seven things to do in the dark season as Christian soldiers
1. The watchfulness and
prayer key
Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is
willing, but the flesh is weak.
Matthew 26:41 KJV
Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.
1 Corinthians 16:13 KJV
The first master key to
help you stand the dark days is to be vigilant. Be alert as a soldier on duty. Be
ready for anything because the enemy can strike in a moment you never expected.
Do not engage in activities that make you vulnerable because the enemy
constantly searches for a loophole.
I encourage you to
download and read my series of books on spiritual warfare for a more profound revelation. The books
are free on my blog. Also, read the previous articles related to this article for a more profound
revelation. Meditate on this Holy Scripture for more wisdom keys.
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring
lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions
are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
1
Peter 5:8-9 KJV
2. Know your value in
Christ Jesus
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater
is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
1 John 4:4 KJV
Imagine your father being
the president of your country. Won’t you be happy? Assuming your father is the
Chief Executive Officer of a great company? Won’t you be happy? You will be
happy because you will have authority and freedom in that community.
In the same way, we have
an Almighty God (Christ Jesus) who is above everyone (meditate on Philippians
2:10-11). Christ Jesus is our father. When you repent from sin and accept Christ
Jesus as the Savior and Lord of your life, Christ Jesus becomes your father.
Christ Jesus is the King
of Kings and Lord of Lords. Christ Jesus is your father! You have power over
every power; therefore, be happy. When you walk and live with this mindset, the
enemy bows!
Know who you are in
Christ Jesus and start exercising authority in the name of Christ Jesus. The
enemy will bow when you abide in Christ Jesus and follow the principles
enshrined in the Holy Bible.
I encourage you to
download my series of books on spiritual warfare for a more profound revelation. The
books are free on my blog and youtube channel. Meditate on this Holy Scripture
for a more profound revelation.
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and
over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Luke
10:19 KJV
3. The understanding key
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues
of life.
Proverbs 4:23 KJV
Your tongue can be a blessing or curse, depending on how you use it (meditate
on Proverbs 18:21). To escape the traps of the wicked, learn to keep your soul.
Know how to control your desires, emotions, and decisions.
He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth
wide his lips shall have destruction.
Proverbs 13:3 KJV
The ability to control
your temper is a great asset. As a Christian soldier, you need this key because
the enemy is an expert at provoking (trapping) people. If you want to escape
the snares of the wicked, activate the key of silence.
Silence does not mean you
are afraid of the enemy. It’s a secret key to outsmart the wicked! Do well to
read my previous articles. I have written this truth in detail. Meditate on
this Holy Scripture for a more profound revelation.
…I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I
will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me.
Psalms 39:1 KJV
4. The chamber key
…they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they
shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and
they shall walk, and not faint.
Isaiah 40:31 KJV
There is nothing so sweet
as waiting on the Lord! As a Christian soldier, hide for a season. Find a
secret place to commune with the Holy Spirit. I love communing with the Holy
Spirit because it’s a great and memorable season!
Fellowshipping and
relating with the Holy Spirit in prayers, worship, and praises increase your
spiritual capacity. I encourage you to download and read my series of books on the Holy Spirit for a more profound revelation. The books are free on my
